Old Dog Learning New Tricks - Needs Feedback

Hey all.....
I'm a 30 year old who has decided to finally get into producing. The learning curve is rather intense and I am looking for some feedback. I would appreciate it if you could check out my track and let me know. To be quite blunt, I am looking for someone to really let me know - I don't need it sugarcoated, so feel free to offend me!!!
