female singer wanted

I'm looking for a female singer for trip hop / downtempo / electronica project, style is somewhere between portishead, morcheeba and Ivy, even Flaming Lips, something happy and melancholy.

commitment to the project is appreciated, as well as some lyrical talent. my preferance is someone with wide vocal range, higher the better. and also, please note that singer has to be in Toronto, that's where I live.
