Lunascape / Conjure one

Conjure One is the new project of Rhys Fulber -- the man behind Delerium and Front Line Assembly. On his self-titled debut, he has a song sung by Sinead O'connor entitled "Tears from the moon". Great song and all, but it is the exact same song that Lunascape has.

Anyone know the story behind that one?
