Producer Need for TripHop, Downtemp, Acid Jazz Project

Producer needed for triphop project. Tracks should not be a duplication of, but be in the style of Goldfrapp, Emiliana Torrini, Esthero, Portishead, Massive Attack, etc. (which is very different from HIP HOP).

OPTION 1

I would like a collaboration in which we enter into a written agreement that basically says:

(1) you get credit for your tracks, I get credit for my vocals and lyrics and
(2) you get paid when I get paid (and believe me, I am DEFINITELY trying to get paid).

OPTION 2

I purchase your tracks for my album and still give you credit, however, the tracks are mine.

I believe EVERYTHING is negotiable. Let's discuss it.
