Sending E-mails and getting a response

I have sent 3 simple e-mails on this site and I have never received a reply to any of them.(Months and Months have gone by) Suggestion: When you post an invitation on your site for sending e-mails, it may help to have the courtesy to respond to them. That usually keeps the supporter happy. Right?
