Is there a triphop sub culture?

All the people I know who like triphop (not many) don't really have a style of dress like metal, punk, and hiphop people do. So when Im walking in the city its hard for me to look at someone and say "hey i bet they listen to triphop". Ive never been to a triphop show, but I plan on going to the Air one in Oakland.
