Ph Balance?

Has anyone heard of Ph Balance? Its an old cd (released in '99), but WOW! :shock:
I listened to all the soundclips on amazon...and they rock! Unfortunately, i have not been able to find them on slsk ANYWHERE...i've been searching constantly for a couple months now. I may just buy the CD...
If anyone has any info...let me know
